Meeting Support Information

• Although registration will remain open throughout the duration of the Annual General Meeting, it is recommended that all Chiefs and Proxies register by Friday November 13, 2020. This will ensure time for Registration verification and the provision of the Zoom links to access the meetings for November 17 and 18, 2020.
• Recommended minimum bandwidth to participate effectively via Zoom using a webcam is 600 kbps, please check with your service provider to ensure capability or test your internet connection here: www.speedtest.net. In the event access from your community is not effective there are options provided by BCAFN to Chiefs/ Proxies to participate. Travel and accommodation expenses may be provided for BC Chiefs or Chiefs’ proxy if they do not have the required bandwidth, wifi infrastructure required to connect remotely from your home/community.
