The First Nations Leadership Council is hosting a Virtual All Chiefs Meeting on U.S. Trade on February 24, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The meeting will provide Chiefs and leadership with an opportunity to explore the potential impacts of U.S. trade tariffs, and federal and provincial countermeasures and share perspectives to inform strategies related to U.S. trade. Topics will include alternative policy solutions, implications to First Nations rights and title, and potential economic impacts.
