TRADE FORUM (DAY1)

GAC INDO-PACIFIC STRATEGY FEEDBACK SESSION (DAY 2)
Join Global Affairs Canada on February 5th, 2025, in Victoria, BC, for a Feedback Session on Canada’s Indo-Pacific Engagement Strategy. Hosted by the BC Assembly of First Nations (BCAFN), this session will bring together First Nations leaders and stakeholders to provide critical feedback on Canada’s Indo-Pacific Strategy. Discussions will focus on aligning First Nations priorities with key strategy pillars, including trade, investment, and people-to-people connections, while ensuring alignment with the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (UNDA).
This targeted session is a unique opportunity to elevate First Nations perspectives in shaping Canada’s economic and diplomatic relationships in the Indo-Pacific region.
