Join the BC Assembly of First Nations (BCAFN) for our 2025 Rural and Remote Economic Forum, taking place in three locations: Fort St. John, Prince George, and Parksville. This forum is designed to empower First Nations leaders and community members with practical insights for sustainable economic growth. Led by presenter Maggie Mills, the forum will focus on regional economic priorities, highlight successful case studies, and provide actionable recommendations for overcoming economic challenges in rural and remote communities.

Maggie Mills will present key findings and strategies for economic resilience, drawing on real-world examples and in-depth research. The session will provide a focused platform for understanding successful approaches and discussing tailored solutions that address the unique needs of rural and remote communities. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, participate in a Q&A session, and connect with peers over a networking lunch.
